Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers and workers placed through Rapid Talent must:
Follow all workplace safety guidelines established by employers
Report any hazards or safety concerns to the employer or appropriate authority
Adhere to proper safety protocols during all work assignments
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required
Incident Reporting & Emergency Procedures
All workplace incidents, injuries, or safety hazards must be reported promptly
Employers must investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Emergency contacts and procedures must be clearly posted and accessible in every workplace
