Rapid Talent – Harassment Policy
At Rapid Talent, we are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all job seekers, employers, and employees. Harassment of any kind—whether verbal, physical, written, or online—will not be tolerated.
Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all users of the Rapid Talent platform, including:
Job seekers
Employers
Recruiters
Internal staff
It covers all forms of harassment, including but not limited to:
Sexual harassment
Discriminatory harassment based on race, gender, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
Bullying, intimidation, or threats
Unwanted advances, offensive remarks, or inappropriate messages

Ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all platform users
Investigating all harassment complaints promptly, thoroughly, and confidentially
Taking appropriate disciplinary action against offenders, including warnings, account suspension, or legal consequences where necessary
Encouraging open communication and providing support to anyone affected by harassment
Reporting Harassment

Review and assess the complaint promptly
Maintain confidentiality to protect the identities and privacy of all parties involved
Take appropriate action in accordance with our policies and legal obligations
Zero Tolerance Policy
Harassment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Anyone found to be in violation of this policy may face:
Verbal or written warnings
Account suspension or termination of services
Legal action, if applicable
