At Rapid Talent, we value punctuality, professionalism, and accountability. This Attendance Policy outlines expectations for employees, job seekers, and employers to ensure reliability and support a productive work environment.

1. Expectations for Employees & Job Seekers

To maintain professionalism and reliability, all employees and job seekers are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled work shifts, interviews, and assignments

  • Maintain consistent attendance and notify the employer of any planned or unplanned absences in advance

  • Adhere to the specific attendance policies and procedures set by their respective employer

2. Absence & Leave Policy

Planned Leave
  • Requests for leave must be submitted in advance, following the employer’s procedures

Unplanned Absence
  • In the event of illness or emergencies, notify the employer as soon as possible

Excessive Absences
  • Frequent or unexcused absences may lead to disciplinary action, depending on severity and company policy

3. Late Arrivals & Early Departures

  • Repeated tardiness or leaving early may negatively affect performance evaluations and job opportunities

  • If running late, it is the employee’s responsibility to inform the employer immediately

4. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using Rapid Talent are expected to:

    • Clearly communicate attendance expectations to employees

    • Monitor and address attendance issues in a fair and professional manner

    • Provide reasonable accommodations for medical or personal emergencies where appropriate

5. Disciplinary Actions for Attendance Violations

Failure to comply with attendance expectations may result in the following actions:

    • Verbal or written warnings

    • Pay deductions (if applicable and in accordance with employment law)

    • Suspension or termination, as per the employer’s internal policy

6. Remote & Hybrid Work Attendance

  • For remote and hybrid roles:

    • Employees are expected to log in and be available during designated work hours

    • Regular communication and progress updates must be maintained to ensure workflow and accountability
